Brand Configuration Guide

Self-serve8–12 min readWhite Label Certification

After becoming a certified partner, configure your brand identity inside the platform. This is what your clients see when they log in.

Configuring your white-label brand

1 — Partner Dashboard → White Label → Brand Settings

Access the brand configuration panel from your partner dashboard (available after certification is confirmed).

2 — Upload logo

Upload your logo in SVG (preferred) or PNG format. Minimum 200×60px. Dark and light versions recommended (for dark/light background contexts).

3 — Set brand colors

Enter primary color (hex code). This is used for buttons, links, and accents throughout the client workspace. Ensure WCAG AA contrast ratio is met for accessibility.

4 — Configure custom domain

Set the domain your clients will use to log in. Example: app.youragency.com. Add a CNAME record: app.youragency.com → partner.lgai.io. SSL auto-provisioned after DNS verification.

5 — Set email identity

Configure the "From" name and address for system emails (account invites, notifications, reports): e.g., "DFW Revenue Team — support@youragency.com"

6 — Configure help and support link

Set where clients go when they click "Help" or "Support" — your own help center, email, or Calendly link. This removes references to Lead Gen AI Suite from your client-facing UI.

Changes to brand configuration propagate to all client sub-accounts within 10 minutes. Test on a staging sub-account before applying to all clients.
