Client Account Management

Each client you bring on gets their own sub-account with separate data, settings, campaigns, and usage limits. This module covers how to create and manage client accounts.

Creating a Client Account

  1. Go to Partner Dashboard → Clients → New Client
  2. Enter the client company name, primary contact email, and plan tier
  3. Select the plan (Lead Gen, Growth, Suite, or Scale) — this sets the client's monthly capacity limits
  4. The client receives a welcome email from your branded email address with their login link

Plan Assignment and Billing

You choose the plan for each client. You are billed at your wholesale rate. You bill your client at whatever rate you set — the markup is yours. Common models:

Managing Multiple Clients

The Partner Dashboard shows all clients in one view — usage, plan, last active, and health status. Switch into any client account from the Partner Dashboard to troubleshoot or manage on their behalf.

⚠ You are responsible for your clients' compliance with platform terms of service. Ensure each client understands they are running outbound campaigns and must comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and other applicable laws.
